Please read this policy carefully. By using WhisperCoach, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
About WhisperCoach. WhisperCoach is designed as a professional communication coaching and interview preparation platform. It is intended to help users organize their thoughts, recall relevant experience, and communicate clearly under pressure. All coaching guidance provided by the Service consists of suggestions and structured prompts only. Users remain fully responsible for their own responses, decisions, and communications at all times.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: your full name and email address when you create an account
- Session documents: resumes, job descriptions, and pitch deck content you upload or enter during session setup
- Website URLs: URLs you submit for content fetching in Pitch Mode
- Contact information: name, email, subject, and message content when you submit a support request through our contact form
- Payment information: we do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a confirmation of successful payment and your chosen plan type.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and general device type
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Stripe, Inc.: we receive payment confirmation and plan type upon successful purchase
- Supabase, Inc.: our database and authentication provider stores your account information and session history securely on our behalf
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide the WhisperCoach Service including live AI coaching sessions
- Process your uploaded documents to provide AI-powered coaching guidance and structured communication support during your session
- Generate post-session performance analysis, coaching notes, and follow-up email drafts
- Save your session history for your personal review and reference
- Process payments and manage your plan status
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
- Improve and optimize the Service
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
3. How Your Documents Are Handled
WhisperCoach processes resumes, job descriptions, and website content solely to provide AI-powered coaching guidance and structured communication support during your active session.
- Documents are processed in real time during your active session only
- Document content is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate coaching prompts and structured talking points
- Anthropic processes this content in accordance with their API data handling policies and does not use API inputs to train their models
- We do not permanently store the full text of your uploaded documents after your session ends
- Session metadata including coaching prompts surfaced, session summaries, and performance insights are stored in your session history. Raw audio and full document text are not permanently retained.
- You may delete individual sessions or your entire account and associated data at any time
4. AI Processing and Anthropic
WhisperCoach uses Anthropic's Claude AI to provide live interview coaching guidance and structured communication support. When you use our Service:
- Conversation context detected during your session is sent to Anthropic's API to generate coaching prompts and structured talking points tailored to your role and background
- Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to their own privacy and data protection commitments
- Anthropic's API usage policy prohibits the use of API inputs to train their AI models
- AI-generated responses are suggestions only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers. We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:
- Supabase, Inc. — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure
- Anthropic, PBC — AI response generation
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by Skwadlink LLC.
5.2 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law or in response to valid legal processes such as court orders, subpoenas, or government requests.
5.3 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on our website prior to the transfer.
5.4 Protection of Rights. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service:
- Account information: retained until you request deletion of your account
- Session history: retained until you delete individual sessions or your account
- Support tickets: retained for 2 years for quality assurance and legal purposes
- Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations, typically 7 years
- Deleted account data: permanently removed within 30 days of a verified account deletion request
7. Data Security
Skwadlink LLC implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS protocols
- Sensitive data is encrypted at rest
- Database tables are protected by row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data
- API keys and secrets are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never exposed in source code
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only
While we take reasonable and appropriate precautions to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
8.1 Right to Access. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
8.2 Right to Correction. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data associated with your account.

- Delete individual sessions directly from your session history within the app
- Delete your account from your account settings within the app
- Submit a written deletion request to info@skwadlink.com
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
8.4 Right to Objection and Restriction. You have the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing of your personal data where permitted by law.
8.5 Right to Data Portability. You have the right to request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where technically feasible.
8.6 Right to Withdraw Consent. Where our processing of your data is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

9.3 Analytics and Advertising Pixels. We use the following third-party tracking technologies to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve our Service:
- Google Ads Tag (Google LLC): we use Google's advertising tag to measure conversions from our Google Ads campaigns and to understand how users interact with our Service after clicking an ad. Google may use this data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Reddit Pixel (Reddit, Inc.): we use Reddit's conversion pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Reddit advertising campaigns. Reddit may use this data in accordance with Reddit's Privacy Policy at reddit.com/policies/privacy-policy.
You may opt out of Google's advertising tracking at adssettings.google.com and Reddit's advertising tracking through Reddit's privacy settings. Note that opting out does not remove ads but may make them less relevant to you.
We do not use behavioral tracking cookies or third-party marketing cookies beyond those disclosed above.
10. Children's Privacy
WhisperCoach is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at info@skwadlink.com and we will promptly delete such information from our systems.
11. International Data Transfers
Skwadlink LLC is operated from the United States. If you access our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
