Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you start a session you may upload documents such as a resume, job description, or pitch deck. We also temporarily process the audio transcript captured during a live session.

2. How documents are used

Uploaded documents are processed only to give the AI coach context for your session. They are not stored on our servers after your session ends. Extracted summaries and any manual edits you make remain only in your browser session state.

3. Data processors

We use Supabase as our data processor for authentication and account storage. We use the Anthropic API to generate answers and summaries: questions and answers are processed by Anthropic in real time and are not stored by WhisperCoach after the session ends.

4. We do not sell your data

WhisperCoach does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your session content for advertising.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile and any account-bound data. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you by emailing the address below.
