By creating an account or using WhisperCoach you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

WhisperCoach is provided for personal interview and pitch preparation. You may use it to practice, rehearse, and prepare for real conversations.

3. Prohibited use

You agree not to use WhisperCoach to:

• Cheat in formal assessments, certifications, or proctored exams.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs.
• Run automated abuse, scraping, or load attacks against the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

WhisperCoach provides AI-generated suggestions. We make no guarantee about job offers, investment outcomes, or the accuracy of any answer. You are responsible for what you say in your own conversations.

5. Intellectual property

The WhisperCoach name, logo, software, and design are owned by us. You retain ownership of the documents and inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service to you.

6. Limitation of liability

WhisperCoach is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
